You are cordially invited to a Parliamentary Hustings in Catford (Lewisham), S.E. London, to he held thisTuesday 12th June @ 7pm:
Our Lewisham East By-election candidate, David Kurten AM, will be there to represent UKIP. Admission is free.
It is rumoured that the Labour candidate will chicken out and not attend…
The venue, The Salvation Army Hall, 23-25 Brownhill Rd (i.e., the A21 South Circular Rd), London SE6 2HEis just a few minutes walk from Catford Rly Stn (Thameslink Catford Loop Line) and Catford Bridge Rly Stn (Mid-Kent Line).
For those who hail from the West or Centre of London, we are running a minibus to the hustings from immediately outside Gloucester Road tube station (THAT IS NOT THE VENUE – IT IS THE PICK-UP POINT!) at 5:30pm sharp on Tuesday. If you want a place on the bus, you must email
or SMS: 07704 502020
at least an hour before its scheduled departure, giving your full name and contact details.
Since our opponents have got the point of our leaflets which decry the enormous increase in knife and gun crime in London while the appalling Labour Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, won’t permit “stop-and-search” and targeted stops, and instead diverts 900 police to scouring the internet for hurt feelings, expect the hustings to be thrilling.
Given the nature of our opponents, including HateNotHope, Momentum and, of course, the Orwellianly-named “AntiFa”, we have ensured the Police will be in attendance too.
UKIP trusts that you will be there too – please circulate others in your branch ASAP.
[Ed: we only received this invitation at 2.46 a.m. this morning]
