Dear all,

Thank you very much to those of you who took the time, trouble and money to support our recent St George’s Day event. Thanks to photographer Richard and local tech hero Toby, we now have highlights of the event up on YouTube as below…any shortcomings are due to my interference.

We are delighted our speaker David will be standing in Lewisham and hope to be out on the streets helping him to spread the word about UKIP’s common sense policies.

As we realised just short of £1k from the event, Wandsworth UKIP has used branch money (most of which has kindly been donated by our Super-Chair, Strachan) to round the total up to £1k which is now with UKIP HQ. UKIP HQ has been advised that while the money was raised in response to our Super-Leader’s rallying cry, we would like a portion of the total to be used to support the Lewisham campaign.

As usual, Wandsworth UKIP will hold its monthly meeting on the 3rd Monday of the month, ie this evening from about 7pm, at the Spread Eagle on Wandsworth High Street, opposite the town hall…which remains within our sights regardless of recent setbacks. These are behind us and now it’s Outward and Upward,

Thank you,

Patricia Ward
