Our peacocking peacocks have come back to work this week. Their first ‘act’ was to take their wrecking ball to our economy and indeed society. Of course, we only were able to learn about one of the most infamous items in this bill thanks to the alt media. I am referring to the fact that ‘energy’ people can now invade our homes, ‘legally’ and by force, to install smartmeters which, as we’ve said for such a long time, are able to switch off our electricity when there’s ‘need’.

Here, for the record, is the government page:Energy Bill [HL] – Government Bill – Originated in the House of Lords, Session 2022-23. Not only is the title long, the text – you can pull up the pdf – is long as well. Did you know that the Bill ‘originated’ in the HoL? I didn’t …

I am sure however that you know by now that, with the exception of 19 Tories, the government benches voted for this while the infamous ‘loyal opposition’ were too cowardly to vote against this Bill. They were also too cowardly to vote for this even though we all know that they will eagerly and happily implement this legislation. As a greeny I’d be outraged that Starmer and the rest didn’t support the Bill with all their might!

Also for the record, here is PJW’s video which is worth watching, and the report in the DS from the 7th September 2023. You might also enjoy reading this comment piece by Richard Littlejohn for the DM. The last ‘institution’ of our Nation is now crumbling, thanks to Parliament: an Englishman’s home is no longer a castle.

I’ll leave you with the usual compilation of the dead-tree-MSM: “Newspaper headlines: ‘Ministers ignored Raac advice’ and ‘Freddie returns’.”(link). The huge earthquake in Morocco occurred after the papers went to the printers: online editions have the advantage to bring breaking news.

And finally, there ‘s this: “Dominic Cummings set to create new party to replace the ‘rotten Tory horrorshow’ and aims to take power in 2028” (link) – someone has obviously been talking with Matt Goodman …!

That’s all I have for today. I’ve had to be as brief as possible because of my “health issues”. I hope there’s enough stuff though for you to talk about. Have a good weekend.
