Vaccines: it’s war out there
Please do check today’s date! As far as I can make out it’s still the 21st of March – not the 1st of April. However, when I saw the headlines in the Sunday MSM, I confess I am starting to have my doubts. Politicians, here and in Brussels, seem to lose the plot in spectacular fashion. We seem to slide down the slippery slope to tyranny at an accelerated pace. This is happening not just because of lockdown and covid fear & hysteria – this is also due to our MSM simply not doing their duty to inform us.
This morning’s headlines are another example for the squirrels and shiny baubles they use to divert our attention. Did you know that there were anti-lockdown protests and demos yesterday? I’ve found only one mention of these events, in the DM. You can read all about that here, but be warned: the fact that antifa again infiltrated the gatherings, ‘forcing’ riot police to intervene, shows that the policy of smearing anti-lockdown protesters with the label ‘violent thugs’ is working fine.
Meanwhile, the broadsheets are giving us sex and police, ‘moar royal scandal’, but two red-tops, the Sunday Mail and Sunday Express, do at least mention the EU and the Oxford Vaccine scandal on their front pages as the DT mentions the latest covid scandal brewing: the planned extension of lockdown legislation:
“Boris Johnson is expected on Thursday to push through extensions to coronavirus legislation that give far-reaching lockdown powers to close ports, ban protests and detain citizens to late September, despite being “hopeful” there will be a lifting coronavirus restrictions on June 21.” (paywalled link)
Note the weasel word ‘hopeful’. We all know that this means SAGE will find another variant which will be ‘more deadly and more infectious’ than all we’ve had before – until, more weeks into lockdown, it’s proven that actually it’s no such thing. Let’s also applaud (not!) the cleverness of the HoG (no typo: it stands for House of Ghosts) to arrange the schedule in such a way that protest by MPs is practically eliminated:
“MPs will vote three times: on extending the Coronavirus Act to September 25, to various lockdown regulations to a number of different dates from late June and into July, and to end proxy voting in the Commons on June 21. Ministers are hoping that grouping the measures together will limit any rebellion as MPs will want to be seen to be voting to end the sick pay support and the furlough scheme.” (paywalled link)
Well, why should the Zombie – sorry: Zoom MPs rebel and vote against this government which provides them with such cushy jobs where they don’t even need to fulfil their constitutional duty of representing us, by being present in Parliament! That the Sunday Times calls again for getting rid of all hereditary Lords in the even more ghastly HoL – which now has more members than the HoG – is nothing but a nice shiny object to divert our attention from BJ’s covid government’s attempts to keep us imprisoned and SAGE all-powerful.
There’s one report which truly made me wonder if I’d been in suspended animation and woke up on April 1st. The DT reports that counting of ballots for the local elections will be delayed – you really couldn’t make this up:
“Counting at the May elections will be delayed in England because ballot papers will need to be quarantined in case people have sneezed Covid onto them. […] New guidance, titled Covid Secure Elections 2021, from Lawyers in Local Government – a group which represents council solicitors – “recommends that Ballot papers will be quarantined for 24 hrs prior to being handled by staff”. The group said this was “in the pursuance of limiting risk, and making sure the process is as safe as possible given many people used to count are over 50”. […] One of the concerns is that tipping out the ballot papers could allow germs left there by voters to infect people counting the papers.” (paywalled link)
Really? Aren’t people wearing masks, both us voting plebs and the vote counters? I bet the majority of those council solicitors are female. Sorry, sisters, but time and again this covid madness has shown that it’s the female officials – from trade union bosses to PMs in certain countries – who are the ones driving the famous ‘precautionary principle’ to extremes.
One female who seems to suffer extremes of covid madness is a certain Ms vdLeyen. She’s still digging the Oxford Vaccine hole she’s in, now threatening to ban altogether the export of any vaccine manufactured in the EU:
“Ursula von der Leyen is threatening a blockade of vaccines manufactured in Europe if the Anglo-Swedish company does not first meet its supply obligations to EU countries. “We have the possibility to forbid planned exports. That is the message to AstraZeneca, ‘You fulfil your contract with Europe before you start delivering to other countries,’” Von der Leyen said in an interview with a group of German newspapers published this weekend.” (link, paywalled)
It’s clearly a case of ‘pacta sunt servanda’ when it profits the EU but not when Brussels needs to cloak their own failures in procuring covid vaccines in the first place! Never mind the fact that, thanks to Macron and Merkel, EU citizens deem this vaccine to be too dangerous and refuse jabs with it, so that hundreds of thousands of doses sit in warehouses in EU countries. This M & M propaganda is working even here, with people demanding the Pfizer jab and walking out if that’s not forthcoming, as the DM reports (link).
Yesterday we learned that Pfizer has warned Brussels of production bottlenecks – so these are likely to continue, thus endangering the BJ mass jabbing scheme. Brussels is playing politics with the lives of their citizens by their administrative ineptitude and political posturing. Some continental papers are at least daring to mention that this has led to the infamous ‘third wave’ which has forced e.g. Macron to tighten lockdown rules. Our own SAGEs are only too happy to use this 3rd wave as ‘excuse’ to deny people here their summer holidays.
Yes, well, if ballot papers have to be quarantined “because: covid!!” then why should we be permitted out, especially when the mass jab exercise is stuttering to a halt! There’s one other player now bestriding the world’s vaccine programmes. From the USA I received a report that China will allow travellers to enter their ‘Middle Kingdom’ – but only if they’ve been vaccinated with the Chinese covid vaccines:
“It’s very much at the sharp end of vaccine diplomacy,” Nicholas Thomas, an associate professor in health security at the City University of Hong Kong, told CNN. “(It’s) essentially saying if you want to visit us, you need to take our vaccine.” (link)
I briefly wondered in the quiet of my frontroom if these travellers still have to undergo the humiliation of allowing anal swabs to test them for covid … sorry if that made you gag on your weetabix. There’s more though:
“There has been no Chinese-made vaccine approved for human use in America, nor is there likely to be one anytime soon. China has created 5 different vaccines but none have been approved by the WHO. This is probably due to the fact that the Chinese government refuses to release the results of Stage 3 trials — a crucial requirement for vaccine approval in the U.S. and other western countries.” (link)
Read the whole thing and ponder why our own MSM haven’t picked this up. After all, CNN is an ‘approved’ broadcaster, not populated by horrid populist covid conspiracists and the linked article relies on CNN reports.
Ah well – “we” have better things to do, like worrying about covid-infected ballot papers rather than demanding our Zoom-Peacocks do their duty: to get rid of the pernicious covid laws and reduce the covid emperor Matt H. to shuffling papers without producing directive after directive, ‘guidance’ after ‘guidance’, with no scrutiny.

I’ve just completed my (paper, with a stamped addressed envelope) Census form.
John Redwoods Diary was very scornful about the necessity of it, seeing as how all the info is already available to the civil servants.
He seemed to think, not only would no illegal immigrant show up via the census but Priti Patel had everything in hand with her immigration policies! Well, even he has to toe the party line I suppose.
Now I’m in fear and trembling. Honest, I cannot remember the name of the last firm I worked for!

Forms with that layout – one letter in each box – have been ‘checked’ by computer for yonks. A missing company name will not matter in the slightest.
Although I am not a mathematician or statistician by any means, by simple common sense I could see that the census forms en mass, would produce just about any false ‘data’ that civil servants and/or politicians desired.
To add insult to injury I’ve just seen a report that ‘it will be impossible to stop all social distancing rules until ALL adults have been vaccinated!!! Considering that it started out as a requirement for all vulnerable adults (ie the old and infirm) to be vaccinated before lockdown could be lifted, the goalposts are being continually moved to ever more far reaching ‘requirements’. This could go on forever folks! …..or until the Country and its economy finally collapses into oblivion!
Frederica, the lockdowns could go on forever, because the NHS website on Covid vaccines says that “you might still get or spread coronavirus” even after you have the Covid-19 vaccine.

No Chinese vaccine approved for use in the USA? No Covid v-jabs at all have been approved in the USA – only “emergency” authorisation. Stage 3 trials still in progress . . .
No matter – it’s all still bread and circuses to keep us distracted from the facts. Divide and rule, vaccine by vaccine, but never challenge the need. After all, if our leaders are all fighting like ferrets in a sack then they must be fighting over something vital, right?

I think you’ll find that their ‘duty’ is to make profits for their owners/shareholders. Publishing either truth or falsehoods are just the chosen means of trying to do that. And to influence the unwary regular empathetic reader.
