Thanks for sharing that here, it is invaluable reading. Sadly, I fear the people who really need to read it – ie our remain-supporting MPs hell-bent on keeping us in the EU – will just ignore it.
Their choice, as they see it:
-Either accept May’s draft withdrawal agreement, which will essentially keep us in the EU indefintely.
-Reject May’s agreement, and push for either an Article 50 extension in order to ‘renegotiate’ (which is a waste of time because the EU has already said there is no more budging, “the deal is the deal”), a second referendum (“Peoples Vote”, ie pass the buck back to the electorate) or to just cancel Brexit altogether because “its far too complicated”)
The “no-deal” Brexit (or as I will now refer to it, “the WTO arrangement”) is the only realistic way that the UK is going to exit the EU.
Still no mention of the return of our contribution to EU assets such as Juncker’s wine cellar! Seriously though we should be reimbursed for that element of our contributions but it has never been mentioned as far as I am aware.

Every company in the country has already had so much time to prepare . .It’s a not funny joke. And changing irritation into cold dislike.!
The only remaining problems he dare not mention are the very real actions likely from the Civil Service and his own colleagues. in parliament, .
