On watch for degenerate political inanities …
According to good old custom on Monday morning, back at work, the armchair and sofa coaches dissect the footie games of the weekend. This makes the start into the new working week more palatable. I’ll only mention this custom, sparing you the ‘analysis’, because, as ever so predictable, it’s the one issue “we” peasants have to talk about, according to our MSM: “Newspaper headlines: ‘Heartbreak’ for England who ‘did us all proud’.” (link).
The other issue is of course the trial of the nurse who killed neonatal babies. Some papers provided some excellent reports in their Sunday edition – take a bow, Times – but generally the editorial consensus seems to be to wait for the Judge’s sentencing which takes place today. So I’ll sit on my hands as well until tomorrow even though I’m seething.
Two ‘reports’ however were like an accelerant poured into my fire of outrage. One is about yon Mayor of London, the other about the LibDems. Starting with London, it seems that people ain’t happy with Mr Khan:
“Khan faces backlash after website says white family ‘doesn’t represent real Londoners’ – Mayor’s office under fire for message, which formed part of an official guide to his and Greater London Authority’s branding” (paywalled link)
Well, it’s good to know that there’s a ‘backlash’ after some people have actually dug up this ‘guidance’ for the official GLA ‘branding’: “Sadiq Khan is facing calls to apologise after the Mayor of London’s website said a photograph of a white family “doesn’t represent real Londoners”.” (paywalled link). Here’s the photo in question. I am stunned that it was even selected because it looks like a tourist family walking about, but who knows what goes on in the minds of those website creators.
Truly astonishing is the photo (here) which those PR people selected as being far more appropriate. Not only does this imply that ‘white Londoners’ don’t care because they’re not ‘volunteering’, in its plain racism it conveys a message which should trouble all of us, not just Londoners because it insinuates that London is no longer the capital of a – still – predominantly white country. To crown it all, there’s the back-pedalling of those involved:
“A spokesman for the Mayor of London said: “The photo caption was added by a staff member in error, and doesn’t reflect the view of the Mayor or the Greater London Authority. The document has now been taken off the GLA website and is being reviewed to ensure the language and guidance is appropriate.” (paywalled link)
Removing the offending ‘guidance’ means it didn’t happen, the Mayor is innocent, and anyway it was ‘only’ some anonymous staff member who did it. This begs the question about who controls the utterances of those anonymous underlings, also implying that some ‘staff’ higher up the foodchain must have agreed to this ‘guidance’ appearing on yon website. It shows that the ‘anti-racist’, i.e. anti-white woke mindset permeates the whole GLA authority.
I also note that the ‘higher-ups’ have apparently given free rein to underlings who are producing what they believe those higher-ups want. We’ve seen this mindset at work in the ‘dossier’ produced in the Coutts Bank’s cancellation of Nigel Farage’s accounts. It’s also a worrying factor in the Letby case.
It bodes ill for our country when across the services, from banking to running London and the NHS, underlings display anonymously their political, woke indoctrination, then forcing their superiors to backpedal and run for cover when the proverbial hits the proverbial.
I’ll finish with the LibDem Leader’s statement which must not be swept under the carpet because the LibDems are clearly hoping to pick up Tory seats next year. It’s a warning of what is in store for us plebs:
“Menstruation isn’t just a women’s issue, say Lib Dems – Sir Ed Davey’s party is to vote on a policy proposal that insists period poverty affects trans people” (paywalled link)
How deep have we sunk that a formerly proud and important Party finds it expedient to signal their ‘virtue’ by utilising a minuscule minority to push a lefty issue: “period poverty”. This isn’t just about looking good on a ‘female issue’, it’s about removing women from political considerations. You have to read this quote to appreciate what is going on (my emphasis):
“The motion [for the Libdem Conference] proceeds to call on the Government to introduce a right for people to access a choice of free period products, place a duty on councils and schools to make period products freely available and introduce “comprehensive education on periods… to ensure an appreciation for the lived experience of menstruation”.” (paywalled link)
Good grief! Note that ‘the lived experience etc’ is now only important because there are some transgender people whose ‘lived experience’ must also be appreciated. Insinuating that there are ‘transgender’ pupils in schools who need to be catered to means that yes, for LibDems it’s fine to destroy the lives of children for political, ‘trans’ reasons.
I’m as perturbed by this example of ’right think’ by the LibDems as by a non-white London having become the ‘lived experience’ for Khan’s GLA. Is this what we have to be proud of and support next year at the GE?
That’s all I have for today. I wonder when people will blame Prince William for the defeat of the footie team. Surely, if he’d been there they’d have won! It worked for Spain, didn’t it. Have a good day.

On the subject of Dim- dumb party, I understand our county councillor and his wife were campaigning outside the town council offices for our borough to take more migrants. The demographics of our town has changed a lot particularly over the past year. Those same councillors who live -alone I believe- in a roomy large house, who totally fail to see the connection with housing shortage and overloaded infrastructure.
Re Edward Davey: I once attended a hustings re the EU, with him on the platform. It was a comedy act: he was waxing lyrical about the EU and rambling on . People in the audience were laughing at him and heckling him to come to the point. An absolute t**t.

There are a series of small protests in London – a dozen or so people holding placards and handing our leaflets against ULEZ and CBDC – along major roads in addition to the occasional ones in Trafalgar Square of a few hundred protesters. Mrs Stout is one of the leafleters and tells me there is near universal condemnation of Khan from the drivers she hands leaflets to while they wait at red lights and almost all are non-white. She ran out of leaflets during last week’s foray somewhere along the Euston road. She is optimistic that getting rid of Khan may be achievable at last. There is a shift in the wind.
In the 2021 mayoral election the Conservatives withdrew press office support from Shaun Bailey early on putting no resources into his campaign so certain were they that it was a lost cause. Yet, he did far better than polling suggested and after round 2 the result was 1,202,034 votes for Khan and 977,601 for Bailey. Had the Conservatives actually tried to get Bailey elected they might have squeaked through. [Reclaim (in a pact with Reform) got 47,634 votes, UKIP 14,393 votes, Heritage 11,025 votes, the SDP 8764 votes and Piers Corbyn 20,604] There were 18 candidates other than Labour or Conservative.
You would think the conservatives would approach next year’s election differently. Instead, they seem to want to shoot themselves in the foot before the election even gets underway. Susan Hall won the selection process and shortly afterwards the Conservatives announced an enquiry into the process. I don’t know why but members may have selected the ‘wrong’ candidate, the one who tweeted support for Trump on 2020 rather than the Bangladeshi that head office preferred and so support from head office may be equivocal again. ‘Mysterious Moz’ may have looked like good optics against Khan to Conservative head office but I heard him on the radio. No chance.
Khan’s vote share fell in 2021 and we can expect it to fall again next year. But, getting Khan out will depend on whether the Conservatives actually try to win and how fragmented again the anti-Khan side is. I’ve no idea how the non-white turn against Khan that Mrs Stout reports will be distributed across the smaller parties. Will getting Khan out by any means be the main sentiment – it should be – with people holding their noses and voting Conservative? Or will the various vanity candidates simply increase their share and let Khan back in again? The Lib Dems had their second worst performance in 2021 and Ed Davey’s latest display of insanity should see them fail once again.
Next year I may hold my nose and vote conservative (even though Susan Hall was a lockdown fanatic). I say ‘may’ for now but realistically I see no other path to getting Khan out. I want Khan gone that much.
S Y I really do think the Tory party overall don’t want to win. Either the GE or mayoral elections. They are onboard with the Big Plan, are quite happy to sit and watch it unfold, and for Khan and Labour to win the coming elections then do the dirty work of striking the final death blow to UK.
Mary…………..who really gives a flying fig about the Conservative Party in their present form. They are finished and they know it, and the the present government are an shower of shyte from top to bottom and totally bereft of ideas or ideals. I made the mistake of joining the Conservative Party after Boris Johnson took us out of the European Union in 2020 and was a member for five months. I was really shocked as to how incompetent and complacent they were at their meetings and how they went in for patting each each on the back and at one particular meeting stating how they had won the EU Referendum. I stood up at that particular meeting where councilors and local management were present, and told them that what had been said was totally untrue, and that the person that they should all be congratulating was Nigel Farage, and the party that really won the EU Referendum was the UK Independence Party, and that I had been the chairman of the local branch at the time. Some of them did in fact back track and recognised that it was indeed UKIP members who had done much of the donkey work on the streets by delivering leaflets and holding weekly street stalls, rather than their own members who were largely absent. Very soon afterwards I resigned my membership of the Conservative Party and told them to remove my name from their records. If what has been coming out over the past week about a new party is true, then I think the Conservative Party’s day is done, and it will deservedly sink into political obscurity like the Liberal Party of the early 20th century. Nothing lasts forever, they’ve had a good innings, and they’ve had us and we’ve had them up to our eyeballs. Good riddance I say…….
Seems that we must put up with more and more absolute bollocks from the transgender supporters. We’d be better off if they were silenced and, at the very least, given time to repent in a mental institution.
