He’s not yet in No 10 but we can track the trajectory of a Starmer government already, starting with the big fat lie that Labour wouldn’t touch Brexit at all. Have a quick look at the print MSM front pages first, where even good old BBC ‘staff’ has to acknowledge this: “Newspaper headlines: Starmer ‘plots to take EU migrants’ and ‘desperate despots’.” (link). This is the ‘plot’:
“A Labour government would accept migrants from Europe as part of a proposed deal with the EU to try to stop the small boats crisis. The party is considering taking a share of asylum seekers reaching Europe in return for the bloc taking back migrants who arrive illegally having crossed the Channel. Senior party figures believe Britain is only likely to secure a returns deal, enabling it to deport Channel migrants, if it offers to share the burden of asylum seekers reaching the continent.” (paywalled link)
Why Starmer thinks that ‘exchanging’ so-called asylum seekers flooding EU countries for dinghy drivers which could be sent back will alleviate the already existing problem of illegal migrants I dunno. I do find it remarkable though that this whole ‘new’ Labour attempt shows unmistakably that it must have been a secret EU policy, post Brexit, to swamp our country with illegal migrants. The graph published in the DT documents this. Moreover, this policy is how Starmer is going to deal with the people smugglers – yes, really:
“Labour sources told The Telegraph any scheme to take migrants from Europe would be capped and tightly managed, potentially through applications in UK embassies or consuls in upstream countries. Those with family already in the UK would be prioritised. Party sources believe that if a returns agreement could be negotiated, it would “collapse” the people smugglers’ business model.” (paywalled link)
It will definitely work: why would ‘poor refugees’ use dinghies to come here, paying people traffickers, when they can come ‘legally’, thanks to the EU-London ‘swop’ deal! What perfect example for ‘getting in by the back door’ – into the EU, that is, while proclaiming at the same time that:
“Labour will not reverse Brexit. That is the message which will be preached from the shadow cabinet in the months ahead as the general election looms ever closer. But so too will another message: Labour wants a closer relationship with the European Union. Changes will be made to improve ties with the continent.” (paywalled link)
Yes, we believe that Brexit is safe in Labour’s hands, don’t we! The Remain machinery in Whitehall will see to it, right? Meanwhile, the trajectory for our country under Labour is becoming more visible. The Times, of which an irreverent comment poster said it ought to print their strapline in Red, has come up with reports on other decisions which took place, e.g.:
“Labour peers killed off a move by ministers to disapply rules that have imposed a moratorium on housebuilding in significant parts of the country. Environmentalists welcomed the decision in the House of Lords, which they said would protect rivers and wildlife from unnecessary pollution. Developers said it would exacerbate Britain’s housebuilding crisis and lead to 16,000 fewer homes being built each year.” (link, paywalled)
Why would “we” need to build more houses when there’s a nice solution: legislate for home owners to provide room in their big, empty houses for ‘poor refugees’. After all, thanks to the Energy Bill, the Englishmans’ home is no longer his castle and thus all those useless old people – probably all racists anyway – can finally be made to sell their big, empty homes if they don’t want to take in ‘refugee families’. And as bonus “we” can keep our country ‘green, clean and rewilded’. Who needs a Green Party in this country when we have Net Zero.
Meanwhile, there’s a delicate little editorial in The Times, headlined “Germany’s travails are our problem too – The country’s ‘golden decade’ is over and without energy and other reforms the prospects for the continent are grim” (link, paywalled). Not one word in this thing addresses the fact that the policies of the German coalition government, Green, Red and a dash of yellow, has created these problems, on purpose, with their energy bills, the shutdown of all nuclear power stations, and the exorbitant taxation.
A Red Labour government here, with green, Net Zero policies, will make our country overtake Germany in the downward spiral as quickly as you can say ‘Labour’. Meanwhile, there’s a poll result from Brandenburg, a German Land, where the Red SPD has been in power for 30 years. This poll asked whom people would vote for were the election this Sunday.
The AfD would get 32% of the vote, making it the largest Party, with the SPD only getting 20% of the vote (paywalled link, in German). This, after years of vituperation, of shunning any elected AfD politicians in local and in the national parliament – I dunno: do the Germans know something we don’t?
That’s all I have for today. I wonder what’ll be next in Labour’s ‘plot’, to make us move closer to the EU while insisting that Brexit is ‘safe in Labour’s hands’. Have a good day.
Under Idiot Starmer’s great plan to stop the migrant boats we would have to accept 120,000 migrants from the EU. Muppetry of the highest order….
Nearly as bad as the Tories then!

It is with regret that I have no more reason to distrust Labour anymore than the fake Conservative Party. The Energy Bill demonstrates this point for those that wish to see it.
Signed thank you Lisa but we need many thousands more… Sadly far too many are unaware or simply not interested in the destruction of our country by those elected to protect it.

Stop the net zero madness. It needs some traction.
I have signed it as well…….
Me too Lisa!
PS. Grandmothers story. Germany was lots of smaller countries ruled by ambitious political aristocrats an d courtiers and a few clever populists etc The first world war as seen from Scotland Bristol and India, resulted in the welding of the new Germany. with many wierd ideas and political uncertainties and interference. Germany was a inflation ridden political and unruly mess, with much of the violence coming from adolescent communists gangs targetting smaller shops with attractive displays. Much of the money apparently behind this display owned and financed by the Jews. Hitler was given control via his left wing National Socialist Party. Who using the small childish gangs, and the disaffected and using them, restoring Law and Order Took control of a misunderstanding and compliant population , idolised him. She ( Gran ) hated Adolf, , his Nazis, and the war. As did her sons , family in Germany, and her many friends .
Every Sunday evening all of the family available gathered around our kitchen table to work out how much we could send to Winston for the war. over and above taxes
She was never happy with Labour, , She believed, that, as in Germany, Socialism wasted all the money, on mad schemes, using the irresponsible, then looked for ever more stupid or destructive ways out…
My grandmother, aged20 left Germany to open a cake shop and milliners and married and accompanied a Scottish, trader in silks cottons tweed etc etc from China to Bristol, from India to Western Highlands. A seriously educated clever tough and mature woman,. grandmother brought up in a family owning a Beer-garden near a bridge over the river Elba in Magdeburg and Kalbe. We talked a lot before and during and after the air raids.in the war 2.. . Her education, reasoning and knowledge were those of an educated shop keeping class plus plus.
I exclude the experiences o Uncles , Navy , torpedoed at least twice on convoys to USA and Archangel..
Another Substantive but wounded, ended high up. Cairn on Sky
. And two wartime Enginers
So. Why the history ? Just to give reality and close reality. because I’m 90 , The information so far takes a lot of irritation and frequent loss of typed stuff. So I’m dividing it into three.to save so far.
Thank you very much TGS, your knowledge and insights from the past is invaluable.keep posting.
Independence daily readers are like the Simpsons. They can predict the future. This article from 2018 just shows how immigration has always been Labour policy.
https://independencedaily.co.uk/the-folly-that-is-the-socialism-of-the-labour-party/
.”……..immigration has always been Labour policy ” No it hasn’t! It was the Tories that started the immigration racket in the 50s.
We now have a fake Conservative Party which over the last 13 years have outdone Labour in the numbers game of mass immigration.
In 2011, NATO (basically America, Britain and France) bombed Libya into a failed state ending Gaddafi’s blocking of Libya as a launch point for illegal migration across the Mediterranean. Libya is now the main conduit for Africans into Europe. Great job Cameron.
Starmer is a shape-shifting reptile trying to hoodwink voters into believing that he will control illegal immigration better than the Tories. What we actually want – a real drop in immigration from all sources – is not acknowledged nor on offer by Labour or Conservatives. I’m going to find next year’s election sickening.
.
Difficult to feel any sympathy for the travails ahead of anyone isn’t a member of a centre right challenger party.
Brandenburg. The East Germans have lived through tyranny, and IMHO have for a long time realised that the mainstream parties were leading them back into it ?
IMHO AfD support has always been greatest there largely for that reason?
The rest of Germany is now waking up at last, but only because of the big drop in their living standards caused by Green zealotry ?
Reminded me of a piece from Dec 2018 about a Labour council in the North West.

I’ve always had a very good and accurate way of predicting political events. I’m not a psychic, I’ve just learnt that when it comes to politicians and politics, if I always expect the very worst outcome, I’ll never be far wrong. This method has never let me down, unfortunately though, in the case of Starmer, I get alarm bells, klaxons and sirens going off.
I’ll give you another example. Today I was reading some analysis on the US economy and it’s very disturbing, Americans are going to have to get used to much lower living standards going forward. As the world dedollarises, countries like China, Japan and many others that have supported the US by owning US bonds and debt are divesting themselves of these.
There is only one country mug enough to be increasing its US dollar and bond holdings and that is – you’ve guessed it – Britain. In spite of my almost infallible method of making political predictions, even I didn’t expect this one.
Flyer- I’m guessing we are buying the Bonds with Gold?
Unfortunately, we are in the Five Eyes and have no choice but to be joined at the hip with that ‘rogue’ nation.
