He addresses several issues on which we all would like to have answers from our elected representatives who have been hiding behind ‘covid’ asa handy excuse not to fulfill their duty towards us. This letter, due to its length, will be published into parts. Here is Part 1 – Part 2 follows tomorrow:
Dear Mr. Tomlinson,
I do apologise for use of the vernacular, but I am, for once, lost for words. Here are questions I have been intending to put to you for several months now, and it is with heavy heart that I, “confused of Wareham”, (people of the UK) once again have felt that, from a sense of civic duty, it was necessary to bring multiple concerns regarding the state of “government” over the past 17 months to the attention of you, my representative in the House of Parliament.
The list of concerns is long, so to enable your PR to scan them for you in order that you can quickly read, understand and inwardly digest the salient points with the ultimate goal of eliciting reassuring answers from your good self, I will present them in the form of subject headings:
ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
You may recall that I brought this to your attention in May of 2020 before the Mainstream Media deigned to air the subject.
You wrote back to inform me that these people (90% of them being 19 – 30 year old males) were in need of asylum, and we had to ensure their safety at sea.
The country they set off from, France, could hardly be described as either being war torn, or is it known on the international stage for its breaches of human rights, and thus their status as “asylum seekers” was dismissed by none other than the UN.
As the numbers grew to a figure of over 12,000 throughout 2020, do you remember how you tried to reassure me that this would end in January 2021 when we fully left the EU?
You also said that Priti Patel was a “tough negotiator”, and we saw from the newspapers that she was “very cross” about the situation, and continued to be so into the first months of this year.
She was so cross, in fact, that she did not know that SERCO had taken one of the hotels in her own constituency for the purpose of accommodating these illegal immigrants, until it was reported by …. the BBC ? ITV? C4? SKY NEWS? (I don’t think so)
There are now over 90 of these hotels, run by Serco and paid for by us throughout the UK, with a High Court ruling that army barracks are not adequate for these people and breach their human rights, and Priti is so cross about it that she has had over 8 people from Dover prosecuted for even filming their arrival in Dover, together with a new ruling that no one can film this daily occurrence.
By good fortune, a girl escaped a dangerous encounter with one of these illegal immigrants whilst she was walking home from school, and the man was arrested.
The headmistress of Manchester girls grammar school had to tell her pupils to leave the building from a different exit to avoid the daily intimidation from the “clients” of a hotel next to the school.
The 3 gay men in Reading were not so lucky when they were stabbed to death by an illegal immigrant last year, and another was seriously injured in Glasgow.
Far from us stopping the people traffickers and the illegal immigrants (at a cost to the British tax payer of £70m), there is now radio conversation that has been recorded between the Border Farce and the French Navy asking for permission to enter French waters so that we can pick them up.
I think, Mr. Tomlinson, it is fair to ask, WTF is going on?
COVID 19 AND THIS GOVERNMENT’S RESPONSE
I understand that you and your colleagues have each received a copy of the book by Laura Dodsworth “A State of Fear – how the UK government weaponised fear during the pandemic”
If you have read this book, or, I would imagine as a government employee, you have also followed closely the sad programme of U turns, obfuscation, denials, outright lies, propaganda and censorship carried out by your own party to the detriment of the people of this country, then you will already be aware of the concerns of a huge percentage of those who have not been so easily terrified and manipulated.
This issue of concern is so large that I feel that, having read the book, it may persuade even you to register dissent, like Sir Desmond Swayne, Sir Charles Walker, Peter Bone? (Have you ever voted against the government in your parliamentary career?)
CONTROL OF STATE MEDIA
Well documented in the book, including the manipulation (and selective eradication) of figures, the production of BBC “documentaries” such as the “death is knocking at your door” presented by Clive Myrie on 2 occasions.
The complete absence of alternative medical/science based information from eminently qualified virologists, pathologists and immunologists.
No coverage of other countries/states who have followed a different path to the one taken by this government, eg., Sweden, the states of South Dakota, Texas and Florida, and yet their figures for cases, deaths and hospitalisations are the same if not lower than those in the UK, and their businesses, bars, restaurants, hotels are all open with no anti social distancing, face masks and number restrictions we are experiencing here.
No open debate on this has ever been aired on MSM, a primary reason for the massive rejection during the last 17 months of state sponsored media channels.
No discussion on the efficacy/inefficacy of facemasks : Anthony Fauci has been called to account in the USA in many senate hearings on this issue in a manner that could never have happened here in the UK, and these, too, have never been shown here on MSM.
When death rates here in the UK were at their lowest for 4 years, why was mask wearing made mandatory on the 24th July 2020?
Neither have Fauci’s links to Bill Gates, NIH funding of gain of function research into bat origin based covid19 in Wuhan, been brought to public attention here.
In May 2021, the BBC let slip an announcement that “the numbers of cases/deaths and hospitalisations had plummeted to the same low levels recorded for the same period in 2020”, their conclusion being that this must be as a result of the vaccines.
If they had assumed that no one would follow this statement up with the logical follow up enquiry, “but last year in May there were no vaccines, so why the need for them now”?, then they were correct in that assumption.
Did you or your colleagues question this in the House of Commons?
VACCINES
In April 2020 a group of frontline doctors, professors and nurses stood on the steps of the US Supreme Court to declare that the use of Hydroxychloroquine, Vitamin d and zinc, had, in their experience, proved effective against covid.19.
Their opinion was roundly rubbished by the rest of the medical profession, and especially by the big pharmaceutical companies, their conclusion being that the only solution was mass vaccination when a suitable one had been created.
Again, any dissenting opinions were silenced, not only on MSM but also on other media platforms such as youtube, facebook and twitter.
Since when have Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey been the arbiters of medical truth?
Were any concerns/discussions raised in parliament regarding this troubling development?

I like this letter by Jim Etherington. Yes ok it does go on but the subject base is just so ridiculously broad.
This brings into question whether it is in fact a waste of time writing to MPs.
It is probably being generous if one could count on the fingers of one hand the number of MPs that are worth bothering about. Also how many well-meaning and rightly concerned letters have been sent to MPs? Surely it was time a long time ago to stop continually voting these corrupt political parties into office.
Yes whether we like it or not we are our own worst enemies and more the fools are all those people who continue to vote for any of the LibLabCon party. To those people please do not deceive yourself with frankly pathetic mental response “well who else do I vote for”.
The clue to the value of this letter (part 1) is that it is ‘open’. For that reason I commend the letter and it a useful round-up of some of the issues of why we should be so utterly dissatisfied and disgusted with the status quo.
A good letter with many issues that Tory MPs need bringing to their attention. Personally speaking, I find continual letter writing on a single issue is more effective in both getting a reply and registering the issue in question with the MPs party than a letter covering several issues.
I also feel that if you write a lengthy letter to your MP taking up much time and effort many people may find the standard reply letter you are likely to receive has not been worth your time and effort thus you may feel inclined not to repeat the exercise.
Unless it is a local issue then I find a couple of short paragraphs at most is sufficient. Also, if it is a short letter you can with a little amending send a copy to your local paper – MPs sit up far more if you wash both their laundry in public.
Sorry Jake its not a good letter at all. It rambles on and goes a round the houses and is not succinct and to the point at all. The sad fact of the matter is that the MP’s secretarial staff will briefly look at the letter and bin it. It will get nowhere near the intended recipient’s eyes.
