My reaction after perusing this morning’s MSM ‘news’ …
What are our propaganda masters proposing we peasants talk about and get outraged about today? I had to laugh when I saw the headline ‘staff’ concocted for the usual compilation: “Newspaper headlines: ‘Huge Shambles 2’ and nuclear plant luck ‘will run out’” (link). When was the last time anybody in Westminster was interested in HS2? There’s only one article referring to ‘our luck will run out’, namely in the Metro. It relates to yon war in Central Europe and to the state of a certain nuclear power plant.
Why did ‘staff’ see the need to put this one reference into their headline? After all, the Red Tops have Gary Lineker on their front page. But good old Auntie B cannot possibly draw attention to that, not when they have decided that Gary L is entitled to make his obnoxious remarks about the Immigration Law. Apparently it’s fine to accuse the children of immigrants, now in government, of behaving like Nazis when he does it.
We’re also told that Sunak is going to kow-tow to Macron yet again. The headline in The Times is interesting: “France to be paid £200m to stop boats ‘at source’ – Macron will refuse to take back UK’s Channel migrants” (link, paywalled). So why would Rishi go, offering even more of our money, when Macron will allegedly not budge? Well, it’s ‘A Summit’, and they’ll talk about other things as well, such as ‘science cooperation’. Still ,The Time acknowledges that this additional payment ‘will be controversial’ and provides some numbers, from ‘sources’ (this and the following emphases are mine):
“The Times has been told that Sunak will agree to give France annual payments for at least three years that will go far beyond any previous funding. One Whitehall source said that at least £75 million would be provided in the first year alone; another suggested last night that the figure would be even higher. […] Britain has given more than £250 million to France since 2015 in successive deals but migrant numbers have continued to rise. Last year more than 45,000 people crossed the Channel, a figure that could rise to more than 80,000 this year.” (link, paywalled)
Well, wouldn’t you know: this isn’t about a bilateral deal with France, this is about this government creeping back to the EU:
“Britain hopes to secure a long-term deal with the European Union to return illegal immigrants who cross the Channel. […] Macron has already made clear that France would not be prepared to agree a bilateral treaty with the UK on the return of cross-Channel migrants, saying that any agreement would have to be EU-wide. Yesterday, interior ministers from France, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands clashed with Italy, Greece and Spain over EU rules requiring them to take back migrants who entered the bloc when they arrived in their territories.” (link, paywalled)
Ah! Good luck with that, Rishi, when the sainted EU can’t even decide amongst themselves what to do. Perhaps they could learn from us and stuff said ‘refugees’ into hotels, booting out paying guests? Perhaps Rishi can encourage Macron to do the same. After all, France is empty, compared to the UK. Mind you, we don’t have the Yellow Vests and we won’t because our population doesn’t do ‘protests’, not when the Linekers can brainwash people into regarding the issue of anti-immigration as being ‘Nazi’.
This is an issue where the Westminster propagandists and their mouthpieces in the MSM believe they have us plebs silenced, disregarding the many local protests regarding yon illegals. After all, if they don’t report it hasn’t happened. However, Matt Goodwin who knows a thing or two about what people really think, has this warning:
“Sir Keir Starmer and the Labour Party just left a huge open goal ahead of the next election. And it’s now abundantly clear that Rishi Sunak and Suella Braverman intend to keep kicking their football into it. The issue? Illegal immigration. Whatever your views, whatever your politics, the simple fact is that most people in Britain care deeply about what’s unfolding in the Channel. Believe me. I sit down with voters all the time and I poll them regularly. If you’re sitting on Twitter nodding along with commentators who tell you voters no longer care about immigration then, to be blunt, you’re following the wrong people. The small boats is an issue that cuts through in a way few other issues do.” (link)
Read the whole thing. It is something the Westminster Elite won’t talk about, not when the likes of Gary L. are permitted by their employer to virtue-signal, never mind using ‘Nazi’ to smear government and all who’ve had enough. You might also like to watch this video by Paul Joseph Watson.
I leave you with ‘news’ about the blizzard which was going to happen yesterday. The DM had a ‘shock-horror’ report at the top of their online edition, under the headline:
“Snowstorms bring chaos to M62 as blizzards batter Britain (and the mayhem won’t stop until SUNDAY): Cars are abandoned in the road as 50mph gales and 15in of snowfall lash the country amid brutal -16C snap” (link)
Oh dear – how terrifying! Never mind that this ‘brutal -16ºC’ occurred only in the Highlands – far worse is that the usual photos accompanying this report show not 15 inches of snow but 1.5, at best. Why ‘motorists’ are now incapable of coping with that – who knows! Moreover, are ‘journalists’ now incapable of checking if the photos accompanying their text are actually properly illustrating their writings? What sort of editors lets such stuff pass?
That’s all I have for today. I’m sure our Westminster ‘heroes’ will be snug and warm, WFH, while admonishing and scaring all those of us plebs who have to go out to work, snow or not, to stay home and never mind not earning their daily crust. It worked for lockdown, didn’t it! Have a good day.
So, the numpty that passes for our present prime minister has signed a new treaty with France which will encompass the English Channel Migrants crisis, Defence and Security which involves giving the French another £500 million pounds on top of all the rest that we have paid them to tackle the migrants boats crisis, with no guarantee that it will prevent one single boat from crossing Its a blank cheque as far as this utter fool is concerned, and there was me thinking that we had no money to spend on essentials for the long suffering citizens of this country. And the talk is all about tackling the criminal gangs that send all those poor people across the channel and putting their lives at risk. Anyone would think these migrants were being forced into these dinghies against their will. Macron and the French government must be laughing their socks off at what an absolute clown we have for a prime minister. I dare say he didn’t give a second thought to withdrawing from ECHR, or eliminating the pull factors as to why so many migrants head towards our shores like 4 star hotel accommodation, free board and lodging, free tablets and mobile phones, free transport, free medical care and £39.00 pocket money per week. The General Election cant come quick enough for me to get this utter imbecile out of office. He is a national embarrassment…….
Colin – I found out today that both Sunak and Macron have a financial interest in SERCO, the company that is buying and renting properties in the UK for migrants.
God knows where this latest half a billion of taxpayers money will end up but it certainly won’t stop a single illegal immigrant. It seems that certain politicians are getting even richer than they already are from this migrant crisis. We’re governed by criminals.
Oh Nigel, please come back and unite the independents and in time for the General Election —
George………that’s not going to happen unfortunately. Farage seems to be more interested in pursuing his new tv/radio presenting role rather than re-joining the political fray as the leader of a political party. The problem there however is that he is shouting from the sidelines to a fairly limited audience, and by all accounts numbers of people tuning into GB News is diminishing rather increasing. And of course they lost £30 million pounds during the past financial year. This hasn’t stopped them taking on even more presenters many of whom are serving MP’s who should be concentrating on holding this ruddy useless government to account in the House of Commons. Somehow I don’t think GB News will be around for very much longer as making losses is not sustainable and all these presenters are being being paid I presume.
Interesting article from Rodney Atkinson on the Ukraine shambles:

H.S.2. Why the hell doesn’t the government simply cancel it ? It will only carry people, not freight and why do people need to travel faster nowadays when they can work from home anyway?
They think their policy of more tax will give them some extra to pay for it… Or invent it The EU will not allow us to cancel it. They want to be greater than Roman empire. So that the civil servants can ditch their old titles of Lord High magnificent Commissioner to simple Emperor. Besides, they have a lot more to worry about. Politicians can much more easily destroy the planet than idiotic Carbon Net Zero slogan for the demented
Indeed TGS; most people do not realise that the high speed rail network was an EU project, no doubt to enable rapid troop movements to suppress those who might not comply.
Macron says he cannot do an agreement with the UK because all negotiations must be done at EU level with Brussels. SO — why give him (France) any money at all??????? Again, he thinks, just like May and Johnson and others, he can give taxpayers money away with impunity. He should be prosecuted. Cannot believe a word he says.
Snow- for some years now, the govmt has pushed for us plebs to cycle to work. Hip operation anyone?
Many larger companies and corporations have taken up the trumpet call to get on your bike. But if no-one wants to drive to work, what chance of biking?
Wear white at night – get run down by a snowplough.
Oh and by the way! I am sick to the back teeth of hearing or having shoved in front of my face the petulant inanities of the red-headed, lifelong adolescent teenager, currently inhabiting the planet in California. There’s hardly a paper that doesn’t manage to get one of them somewhere on the front pages! He’s and his strident wife chose to ‘step down from Royal life’ because it wasn’t meeting their requirements! Well he got his wish. He and his ‘lowbrow’ missus have made a pile out of airing the family laundry in the public domain. But even that’s not enough for them. Now they want the ‘titles’ for their equally uninteresting offspring! Someone should tell him (isn’t that his Father’s job?) that ‘noblesse oblige’ fits in here somewhere! Having rights carries responsibility! Not many of the current Royal Family seem to get this!
Oh boy! Am I sick and tired of hearing that we have poured yet more cash into the Macron coffers! How stupid it is and how disgusting and disheartening to realise that Sunak and his handlers are bleeding us dry without us raising hardly a murmur! I would posit that something sedative has been put into the water to keep our collective brains numbed and compliant. Except that I drink a lot of water and as I don’t filter it I am taking the same water as everyone else. But I am not sedated. Neither has my brain become a marshmallow! Quite the contrary! It has become a bubbling cauldron of molten hot angry lava!
Don’t tell me about the protest in Europe – or anywhere else for that matter! What I want to hear is that roar of indignation and repudiation that should by rights be coming from the people of the UK! Most people I speak to have little or no comprehension of what is being played out. Other than a vague disquiet about so many arrivals on our southern beaches they don’t really seem too concerned. That’s because most of the ‘incomers’ are not yet ‘visible’ on the streets where they live! By the time they do realise, it will be far too late!
Frederica, there is a large protest/March planned for Parliament Square on 25th March 1pm organised #truthBeTold . I’m trying to get an email link. Their banner states “We seek truth, we seek justice, we won’t stop until we have both”.

Used to go under the name of Danegeld did’ it
And if I remember correctly that did’ stop the Danes
In fact I believe it encouraged them
Agreed Roger Turner. I was taught that about Danegeld too. Back in the days when the young were taught true history.
Another Sunak stitch up coming no doubt. Just as NI has been left in the EU, but spun as a triumph, so will we end up part of the EU’s immigrant dispersal programme but spun as a triumph as boats are replaced by trains, planes and coaches. Fundamentally, nothing will change. The globalist establishment is merely getting better at impression management. Like grooming gangs, where a few prosecutions create the appearance of something being done, but the underlying casues are not dealt with and young girls are still being abused, so every crisis and outrage will be subject to better stage management. How long this can go on for is the question. The fall of Rome took a couple of hundred years. European civilisation may manage its demise in about another 50. That’s progress.
Stout- one could argue europ’s demise has already happened.
No tv so I dont see much. Recently saw a basin full of adverts – not one actor with blue eyes, or white. Even the ovvere-dubs guy were by a Bob Marley carrabeean.
It aint me who is racist.
Despite taking millions of UK taxpayers money Macron refuses to take back illegal immigrants arriving daily from France. Of course he does, he wants rid of them. It kills two birds with one stone. France avoids the cost and hassle of keeping them, whilst at the same time trashing the UK economy as punishment for Brexit. They are probably bussed from around France to join the queues at the coast. When Lukashenko of Belarus pushed immigrants across the Polish border a state of emergency was declared and laws were passed to allow police to ignore asylum requests and expel migrants back to Belarus. Lukashenko was generally condemned by the EU, but we pay Macron to do it. Pathetic.
Maybe they should shipped, boats and all, to the Mediterranean close to the French coast. They would soon get fed up if that action were repeated. Surely the RN has suitable vessels?
I apologise for posting Neil McCoy-Ward yet again but you must see this. This is all about Europe catching fire, the protests all over Europe. One point five million in Paris although the MSM said ten thousand. There are protests and riots going on all over Europe though, Germany, Georgia and just about everywhere else and for everything from pensions to just Macron, immigration and economy.
Europe is breaking up and there are still nutters in our country that would like to see us tied to a sinking ship.
“WARNING! You NEED To See What’s Going On In Europe Right NOW! ”
Astonishing that so many are still supporting the climate change scam. Clearly unable to think for themselves.
flyer, 9.26am. I hope that is right, that ‘Europe’ is breaking up. Presumably it means the E.U.
Yes. Great isn’t it? Just think if we hadn’t left the EU and taken control of our own destiny, we would not have been able to cut corners and put fracking and farming on a wartime footing to ensure energy security and food supplies; to ignore the ludicrous ‘green’ crap (we know what that is really about) that suddenly deems fertilisers and farm animals toxic; to reduce taxes to encourage oil companies to ramp up production and exploration in the North Sea, to ensure manufacturing, small businesses, agriculture and the public do not face crippling fuel costs. We are so lucky we got out just in time.
Actually the government, the civil service, the legacy media, et al, never left: Saboteurs”R”Us.
Illegal immigration:
Will “our” government ever realise that Macron and his cronies in the EU are not to be trusted?
Will the British people ever realise that any British Government constituted of establishment parties is never to be trusted? They get their orders from the same people as the EU.
In the trust stakes Macron and the EU are no different to any British Government or establishment party politician.
Oh I think government realises very well what Macron and co are about! It’s all part of the plan to return us ‘lock stock and barrel’ into the EU. But they know they will never get it through another direct plebiscite. So it’s all being done quietly behind the scenes with these ‘headline breaking’ initiatives being played out to keep us reasonably quiescent! But what we are seeing is the ‘front of house’ orchestra playing soothing, soporific music before the fire alarm sounds. Whereupon everyone will rush for the exit only to find that the doors are locked! The time for ‘push back’ is NOW. Not to wait until those doors slam shut on us!
Good to see you back Viv; hopefully fully recovered.
A couple of articles dealing with the traitors in government still not taking advantage of our leaving the EU:
https://britishpatriot.substack.com/p/a-patriotic-budget-part-1
https://britishpatriot.substack.com/p/a-patriotic-budget-part-2
Clearly we need a clear-out of the those traitors if our country is going to prosper. The same applies to those wanting to make us subservient to the globalists, Sunak being one of far too many.
But how can there be a clear-out of traitors if sufficient people are not prepared to actively oust the establishment parties. Governments are not afraid of commentary they are afraid of a groundswell of opposition building up to oust them.
Have you joined a centre Right challenger party yet Jack?
What we need Jake is for those parties to agree to cooperate and avoid splitting the vote in favour of the establishment parties. Until that happens the establishment parties will always win. Perhaps you should suggest that to the party which you are a member of and persuade them to enter into discussions?
Jack Thomas, UKIP have tried many times to bring other centre right parties together but too many egos getting in the way it seems. What more can be done to clear the cesspit in Westminster.
Jack. at 11;30. I am a member of two parties and signed up to another. Of course you are right they should come together as one. So why not join one and work from within to urge that to happen. The more members a challenger party has the more influence you can have to achieve that end and you can also feel you are playing your part in trying to fightback against the dystopian future that seems to be just around the corner.
JakeB- Colin H has written a few times trashing the leadership and infrastructure of many of the indy non uni-parties (liblabcongrn etc) – otherwise referred to by the msm as single issue parties.
There are enough smaller outfits / parties to split their own meagre vote. And little sign of them coalescing into one, or to divi up various seats to make their overall aim a possibility.
For the last three elections there have been no real independents in my area – only two. But, one was ex-labour councillor and the other was an ex-cons councillor. I dont want a closet conformist.
I am loath to chip in ‘after tax money’ into a party that has no direction or no hope. I’m not Aaron Biscotte (ha!).
So is there any party you suggest?
Biscotte at 12.10. For me it doesn’t matter which centre Right challenger you join as long as you are a member of one. There will be no real headway made (Reform Party claim they are on 10% of the vote but I think it may be nearer 6%) until more people join and become activist. As for there being too many centre Right challenger parties you are absolutely right but if you are a member you can try to work from within to urge the parties to join together as one. That is what I strive to do. And how can anyone expect a centre Right challenger party to flourish without a steady stream of monies coming in to pay for expenses?
It is my belief that 2024 will really be the last chance to halt the diminution of democracy, save what is left of free speech and halt mass immigration once and for all.
For me £30 is a piffling price to pay to be part of what could be the very last chance to get your country back.
Please Vivian refrain from calling these mud brained morons “elite” this they are not!
Now of head moron going with s purse of OUR cash to feed Macrons ego!
When will they learn it needs proper ACTION to defend our country not s money!
Money does not buy every thing
Interesting that the Macron can’t have a bi lateral agreement with the U.K on illegal migration ( call it what you will ) but along with several other e.u ‘countries or are they still states I forget, but can and id sign a bi lateral agreement on defense, Odd that.
