A war is being ‘announced’. The US Intelligence services have convinced their President and the Western’s MSM that a Russian invasion into Ukraine is ‘imminent’. According to other US and German spooks, Putin has actually decided to go ahead and the war will start on Wednesday, 16th February (link). Hence Biden and Johnson are telling any Brits and Yanks still in Ukraine to leave now because ‘things could get crazy very quickly’, according to Mr Biden (link, paywalled).

Let’s now take a look at the various Westminster MSM articles publishing what Biden’s ‘intelligence spokesman’ said, for example here in the DM:

“US national security adviser Jake Sullivan said the United States did not have definitive information that an invasion has been ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin.” (link)

So is Putin going to start a war or isn’t he? Mr Sullivan said next:

“[…] all the pieces were in place for a major military operation that could start ‘rapidly’. The risk is high enough and the threat is now immediate enough that prudence demands that it is the time to leave now,’ Mr Sullivan said. ‘We are not saying that a decision has been taken by President Putin,’ Mr Sullivan added. ‘What we are saying is that we have a sufficient level of concern based on what we are seeing on the ground, and what our intelligence analysts have picked up, that we are sending this clear message.’ He added that the possibility of an invasion taking place before the end of the Winter Olympics on February 20 is a ‘credible prospect’ and a ‘very, very distinct possibility’.” (link)

Again: is he or isn’t he? Doesn’t it look as if the Intelligence authorities aren’t actually saying what they’re saying but that our fear-porn addicted MSM are making the most of it because that’s what they’ve learned to do during the last two years? Here’s another quote from Mr Sullivan, Biden’s national security adviser – it is quite extraordinary. He said:

“If a Russian attack on Ukraine proceeds, it is likely to begin with aerial bombing and missile attacks that could obviously kill civilians without regard to their nationality. A subsequent ground invasion would involve the onslaught of a massive force. It may well happen. It may happen soon. The Russians are in a position to mount a major military action in Ukraine any day now.” (paywalled link)

Well, to me this looks like a scenario created by Western intelligence strategists. Note that they are all remaining vague: “could, might, would” are the words of choice. It’s ‘be afraid, be very afraid even if we don’t know anything for certain’.

We’re left to puzzle out how it’s possible for the US, German and our intelligence services to ‘know’ on the one hand that Putin ‘will invade’ while they also ‘know’ he’s not made a decision. They do ‘know’ however how this invasion will proceed – but then again, ‘diplomats’ are still talking, telling Putin an invasion ‘will be his end’ and what sort of sanctions there’ll be (link).

Another little puzzle piece illustrates that our MSM are complicit in this warmongering. They always publish maps, showing all those Russian troops, with some pictures being taken from commercial satellites. There never are similar images of Ukrainian troops, as if to insinuate that poor Ukraine hasn’t got any, that she is like a helpless maiden, defenceless, abandoned to the alleged ravages of the Russian bear … Surely a bit of very select reporting, just like the covid fear porn …!

Meanwhile Ukrainian ambassadors to London (link, paywalled) and Berlin are crying and demanding that more troops be sent – after all, hasn’t Biden now started to send 3,000 of his soldiers to Kiev? That is of course not a provocation to Putin, see, it’s ‘only’ a warning! And then there’s this:

“Dmytro Kuleba, the Ukrainian foreign minister, played down the latest warnings from Mr Biden as “nothing new”, saying: “This statement is not evidence of some radical change of the situation.” (paywalled link)

So now that we’re all thoroughly frightened – a state of mind our ‘leaders’ love to induce in us – let’s ask why these ‘leaders’ are doing it now. It’s a general theory that states love to incite a little war in order to distract their people from domestic problems.

Lo and behold – there’s one huge domestic problem already manifest: the Freedom Convoys. These are not just happening in Canada and New Zealand – the French truckers are also ‘en marche’ and Macron is deploying armoured police already (link). US truckers are also joining:

“On Friday night, several convoys were gathering in U.S. cities, ahead of a planned journey to the Canadian border in support of their fellow truckers. Fears are high that some may try to disrupt Sunday’s Super Bowl, or Biden’s March 1 State of the Union address.” (link)

Meanwhile the PM of Ontario is threatening truckers with fines of up to $100,000 and prison if they don’t desist. Trudeau isn’t yet going to call in the Army but might (paywalled link). It’s all ‘unlawful’, see, and these Canadian truckers are now depicted as an ‘illegal occupying force’ which, according to Trudeau,

“is being fueled by political activists in the United States, […] more than 50 percent of donations to campaigns to support the protesters came from the U.S., which [Trudeau] referred to as ‘foreign financing’ of the protests”. (link)

The reason for this sudden hard stance? Money. There’s the bridge closed by Canadian truckers which:

“[…] provides a vital supply route with the US city of Detroit, carrying 25 per cent of all trade between the two countries. The bridge carries $300 million worth of goods each day. The Biden administration has sounded the alarm over the potential economic toll and urged their Canadian counterparts to bring it to a swift end.” (paywalled link)

So here’s the billion~ or trillion~dollar question: why are the presidents especially of CAN and USA not taking the simple way out and scrap the covid mandates? Why are the PMs of FRA, NZ and AUS not doing it either?

Is ‘a little war’ with Putin their face-saving measure, regardless of the misery it’ll bring to the world – just because they want to cling to their disastrous covid policies? Is ‘a little war’ the occasion they also need to distract us from the looming economic crisis, providing an easy ‘reason’ to restrict our freedoms even further, for example with energy and food rationing?

The US intelligence people said that ‘a cyber attack’ might/could/would be one of the kick-off points. Do they really believe that Putin, given all these public ‘intelligence reports’, would be so stupid and do just that – or isn’t it rather more conceivable that such ‘cyber attack’ will be put in scene by US ‘intelligence’, permitting them to ‘shoot back’? That ploy by Hitler starting WWII is common knowledge. Who is to say that it’ll be beyond the warmongers in Ukraine and the USA to use it!

Will things really kick off, or rather: ‘go crazy’ on Wednesday or will there be a ‘last-minute’ diplomatic, face-saving ‘break-through’? We’ll have to wait and see.

Meanwhile, let’s ‘keep calm and carry on’ – we know how to do that.
