I am not in the mood this morning to have fun with our glorious MSM. For the record, see this morning’s front pages’ collection: “Newspaper headlines: ‘Cruise ships and barges’ to house migrants and ‘fresh cash for NHS’” (link). It’s the usual screaming mix, using ‘trigger’ words like ‘NHS’ and ‘migrants’ in their headlines.

Only the grauniad, leading with an apology for ‘the founder’s link to slavery’, has the report of the mass shooting in a primary school in the USA on their front page – nicely relegated to the bottom of the page. Three teachers and three nine-year-old children were shot.

My great-granddaughter is nine years old. It’s the reason why I don’t care about our political shenanigans today, so forgive me for writing about this mass shooting. There is another reason for my taking a closer look: the MSM in the USA and here are in disarray as to how best to report.

This may surprise you because usually, whenever someone in the USA commits such mass shootings, our papers are full of reports, usually blaming US gun laws and US police. Opinion makers also get their say. Today is different – for a reason.

Our MSM, especially the TV stations, get their US news from reports in US media. The BBC and SKY news reported last evening, so our broadsheets ought to have produced something. After all, it was on the BBC, so it did happen. Why were their reports placed under ‘also ran’ in their ‘world news’ column? Again – there’s a reason.

Firstly, please watch this video by Paul Joseph Watson who explains much better than I ever can why the media in the USA and here are so mealy-mouthed. The ‘shooter’, i.e. the murderer, was a transgender ‘male’, i.e. a biological female and the ‘gender police’ was in full flow about  how improperly the MSM over there reported.

To be fair, SKY news did mention this in their report’s headline: “Nashville school shooting: Transgender killer who murdered three kids was ex-student who made ‘manifesto’ and maps of building” (link). Note that the reporter carefully omitted mentioning the gender , trans or ‘cis’, of the murderer. This becomes obvious in the subtitle (all emphases are mine):

“The attacker was shot dead by police after a confrontation with officers following the assault at the Covenant School. They were armed with two assault-type weapons and a pistol. ” (link)

That should have been ‘he’, correct? The headlines of the reports in the BBC (link) and the guardian (link) also carefully omit this detail. They do point out that this primary school is a ‘private Christian school’ where the murderer was a pupil.

We’re clearly meant to assume that these Christian teachers harmed the murderer for not acknowledging her ‘correct gender’. How this should even have been possible twenty years ago – who knows! After all, she was 28 years old when police shot her (link). No explanation why three innocent nine-year-olds had to be killed.

Next, a quick look at a report in the guardian which does address the dilemma. There are the somewhat reassuring title and subtitle:

“Nashville school shooter’s identity may make them an exceptionally rare perpetrator  – According to all recorded data, the US epidemic of mass shootings are committed overwhelmingly by cis males” (link)

These observations keep the official gender narrative somewhat on track:’exceptional’ because ‘other mass shooters are ‘overwhelmingly cis males’. Scrolling down this ‘explanation’, we find that the gender police in the grauniad is hard at work, hitting all the usual buttons:

The exceedingly rare nature of a shooter who is anything other than cis male is unlikely to stop far-right agitators from seizing on Hale’s trans identity to forward culture war objectives. Within hours of the shooting, Charlie Kirk, an extremist provocateur affiliated with Donald Trump, was calling for a ban on “gender affirming care for kids”.” (link)

Yay – Trump! Note the unexpected affirmation that we do have a ‘culture war’. But the author doesn’t stop there. He/she/it  – who knows if he’s a cis- or trans-male – has found the culprit, the real reason why this ‘exceptional’ murderer killed three teachers and three nine-year-old children:

“Such toxic responses to the shooting are likely to find fertile ground among some sectors of Tennessee society. The state’s Republican leadership has been at the forefront of the movement to pass anti-trans legislation that has swept the US. Earlier this month, Tennessee became the first state to ban drag showsIts legislature is setting the pace for at least 16 other Republican-controlled states that are debating similarly draconian measures.” (link)

Yes, that’s right: prohibiting drag shows in primary schools made this murderer feel forced to kill those teachers and children. I have no words to describe how sickening I find this ‘explanation’.

Finally, both the DT and The Times are congratulating the Nashville police. That is unheard of, especially in the current climate where we only ever hear about ‘police brutality’. First, the DT with a remarkably strong description of what the Nashville police did:

“How swift police action ended Nashville school shooter’s 14-minute reign of terror – Officers praised as bodycam footage reveals their quick response to take down Audrey Hale – in contrast with earlier massacres” (paywalled link)

Next, here’s The Times’ headlineBodycam video shows police shooting Nashville school murderer” (link, paywalled). Both reports describe the content of that bodycam video, both mention in the text that the murderer was trans-gender.

At least so far, only the usual suspects posturing in the grauniad are blaming ‘anti-gender legislation’ for the murders. Had those awful right-wing Christians not legislated against allowing explicit transgender ‘education’ and drag queen shows in primary schhools. no shooting would have taken place, correct?

Will some other MSM ‘explanations’ point at the terrible hormone testosterone? ‘Cis-males’ are full of it, and it’s used to ‘transition’ females into males. Surely this is an ‘explanation’ for why the murderer shot those six innocent people? Or would questioning the role of the hormone destroy the fabrication of ‘trans-males’?

That’s all I have for today. I grieve for the teachers and for those three nine-year-old children and their families. I never thought that my anger at the ‘trans’ ideology could increase. It has. Why are our MSM and politicians so cowardly, bowing to the trans-ideologues, ruining our children’s lives? Sorry, I can’t wish you a good day, not today.
