By forcing vaccination passports on the people politicians are open to very serious legal repercussions for their actions and threats. International law is very clear – it is illegal to coerce, unduly influence or force these experimental vaccinations on people. Passports do just that.

The Geneva Convention and the Nuremberg Code forbid it and the 47 country Council of Europe has stated (Point 7.3 in its Resolution 2361 of 27th January 2021) that “Covid vaccinations are NOT (word written in capital letters) mandatory and no one is to be politically, socially or otherwise pressured to be vaccinated”

In addition the highest principal of administering medicines is that patients must give “informed consent” to the treatment. But none of those who have received the vaccine were given details of the thousands of deaths and serious adverse reactions which the vaccinated have suffered in the UK, the USA and Europe (nearly 30,000 deaths and millions of adverse reactions).

Even the British NHS – in the forefront of the passport system – writes in their guidance:

If businesses decide to require evidence of Covid-19 status as a condition of entry, they should ensure that they comply with all the relevant legal obligations (for example, the Equalities Act 2010) and guidance that applies.

(But they make no mention of the Geneva Convention, the Nuremberg code on experimental vaccines – for that is what these unlicensed gene therapy medications are –  nor the above Council of Europe Resolution). However they do admit that:

It is not mandatory for an individual to wear a visual cue to outline they are exempt. You should not ask these individuals to demonstrate their COVID-19 status through the NHS App.

WHY GOVERNMENTS AND POLITICIANS MUST GO ON TRIAL UNDER THE NUREMBERG CODE

These “vaccines” which have been fast-tracked without the usual full animal experimentation (what little was done proved catastrophic for the animals) have been “approved for emergency use only” and will not be fully licensed until 2023. The emergency use only protocol relies on the assumption that no treatments are available.

But as we know there are several treatments which have proved very effective around the world but approval of which has been withheld on both sides of the Atlantic – precisely in those countries most invested in and dependent on the large Pharmaceutical corporations which have developed these vaccines and have been exempted from any liability for their effects.

The Nuremberg Code, which of course arose out of the Nuremberg trials of Nazis at the end of the second world war, included clear principles for applying medical  experimentation on humans. They provided that

  • The experiment should be for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods. We know that other treatments have been suppressed despite been used for many decades and the emergency use approval is based on there being no effective treatments.
  • The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation. We know that the full animal experiments usual for approval were not completed before humans were vaccinated and many of those that were proved disastrous.
  • The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury. We know from the VAERS reports on both sides of the Atlantic that great physical injury and death has resulted from these vaccinations.
  • No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur. The effects on animals was such an a priori reason.
  • The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment. We know that the chances of death after vaccination are greater (for all age groups up to 50 ) than the chance of death from COVID in the community. see previous articles on Freenations where the case fatality rate from COVID acquired after vaccination is between 5% and 7% while the overall case fatality rate in the UK is only 2.2%. 
  • Proper preparations should be made, and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death. We know that those presenting for vaccination have not been informed of the adverse reactions statistics, (including deaths, spontaneous abortions and heart inflammation etc) before they were vaccinated.
  • The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment. We know that many who are not “scientifically qualified” have been administering these vaccines and in locations which have no immediate access to clinical treatment for adverse reactions (car parks, cinemas etc)
  • During the course of the experiment, the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible. We know that there has been a concerted propaganda attack on those doctors who have refused to administer vaccines in the light of the effect on their patients.
  •  During the course of the experiment, the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill, and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death. The deaths and adverse reactions in the USA, the UK and Europe far exceed such results from any other vaccine over many decades but there are apparently no monitoring measures in place which would call a halt to the vaccines if certain previously stipulated numbers of deaths/reactions occurred.

We know that Dr Reiner Fuellmich is collecting evidence for an international legal case against those authorities responsible for these and other illegalities.

There is no doubt that national governments, politicians, physicians who blindly “followed orders” and supranational powers like the WHO and UN have driven these events and attacked those eminent scientists and doctors who have objected and exposed the fraudulent PCR tests, the false death statistics and the dangers to humanity of these unlicensed experimental vaccines.

No wonder there are ever-growing demonstrations across the world and in France threatened trade union strike action.

They must all pay the penalty for these crimes.

CORPORATIST FASCISTS EMPLOYED BY BRITISH GOVERNMENT TO DEVELOP VACCINE PASSPORTS

Some years ago I published here on Freenations an article about BMW and the Nazi past of the Quandt family which is the dominant shareholder.

It now emerges that the corporation employed by the British Government to develop vaccine passports (that’s right the thing that Gove and Johnson promised would not happen!) is none other than Entrust owned by that Quandt family. Entrust had boasted about being able to “redeploy” vaccine passports into a national ID scheme.
