The Latest Holy Covid Grail: ‘Voluntary’ Mass Vaccination
Tomorrow the HoC will vote on the ‘three-tier-system’. In the run-up to that vote BJ and his cabinet are flailing around to make those Tory ‘rebels’ toe the line. Even the most generous lockdownian, the most frightened covidian, surely must recognise that it’s now about party politics only, not about saving you-know-what or indeed saving our own, irresponsible selves from the grim reaper.
Today, the MPs will be given – finally! – a paper on the economic impact of lockdowns and tiers, to fulfil one of the demands of those Tory ‘rebels’. Much good that will do when they read this morning’s headlines. BJ, according to the DM (link), is threatening his MPs with the dire warning of a 3rd Lockdown already introduced by Raab, that eminent epidemiologist, in his Sunday TV appearance on the Marr show (link). Pure coincidence, surely?
Then there’s a carrot in the form of a vague announcement. We read that ‘pubs and restaurants will be given ‘extra cash’ (paywalled link) to get them through the harsh tiers restrictions. How much they will receive from Sunak is left open. I was first aghast, then got hopping mad when I read:
“The Prime Minister has decided the potential closure of tens of thousands of premises is an unacceptable price to pay for a new system that places 99 per cent of England under the toughest Tier 2 or 3 restrictions from Wednesday. A Government source said: “There are already grants of £2,000 and £3,000 for businesses in Tiers 2 and 3, but we recognise that we need to do more.” (paywalled link)
It doesn’t seem to have occurred to BJ that a simple way to prevent having to pay such ‘unacceptable price’ while saving Sunak’s money is to scrap the tiers! As for the pious government ‘source’ (wot? Not a ‘figure’?) mentioning these grants: how much again was splashed on MPs at the start of this lockdown mania, to sweeten them into compliance? £10,000 extra, wasn’t it, to ‘help them set up’ their Zooms.
There’s another instance of ‘covid turns brains to mush’ – not by having actually been ill with the virus but by ‘following the science’ and believing the fear & hysteria campaign in the MSM. According to an article in the DM (link), shops will be allowed to stay open for 24 hours in the run-up to Christmas. How this will help all the small shops in our towns outside the M25 is a mystery, but as long as the big chain stores are ‘saved’ it’s all good.
It’s also a mystery how people are expected to ‘enjoy’ this bounty when they’re more or less prevented from going out, stuck in Tier 3. Moreover, let’s not ask about staffing when surely a similar proportion to that in the NHS (30%) will be in quarantine thanks to test&trace. Let’s not even wonder if this could drive up those ‘case numbers’ which will force SAGE and BJ to give us that 3rd Lockdown, with regrets.
Funny, isn’t it, how commerce must be ‘saved’ but places where people might get together, even under covid restrictions, must pay the price for this demented covid-control policy. But never fear – surely by next year – February, March, April: who knows! – “we” will have been rescued from all of this provided “we” accept those senseless measures. After all, there will be vaccines ‘for all’.
However, there’s a report in The Times which illustrates like nothing else that the covid maniacs have already transformed our society to an extent I’d never have thought possible. We recall that people talked about the possibility of vaccination becoming mandatory. That was ‘fake news’ propagated by anti-lockdown conspiracists, we were told. Of course nobody in government would do such a thing! If some international airlines were to demand such paper – nothing to do with No 10. But suddenly there’s this:
“The NHS Test and Trace app could be used as a record of people’s vaccination status under plans being considered by the government.” (link, paywalled)
This isn’t ‘fake news’, the T&T people whose app was so singularly successful in tracing the ‘infected lepers’ are apparently already working on it:
“Baroness Harding of Winscombe, head of the test-and-trace programme, […] told NHS bosses at an event organised by the Health Service Journal that at the same time at-home lateral flow tests were being rolled out, her staff and the vaccine staff were looking at how to combine test results and vaccine status into the app.” (link, paywalled)
There’s more, and I for one find this announcement not just unacceptable but positively sinister:
“We are working very closely with the vaccine team to make sure that as we build tools that will enable people to be testing themselves at home and recording the results of their tests that we build an integrated data architecture,” she said. Her hope was “in the future to be able to have a single record as a citizen of your test results and whether you’ve been vaccinated”. (link, paywalled)
Let’s not speculate about who can and will have access to that ‘single record’. I’m sure the GCHQ ‘cell’ working in No 10 or that Army Unit tasked with cyber warfare will be happy to help and provide what is called a ‘backdoor’ so that government agencies can check our compliance. We mentioned last week that town councils are already working with a ‘digital company’ to harvest such data and combine them with those they hold of us. This is not a ‘pie in the sky’ announcement – there’s more:
“The idea of so-called immunity passports that would allow sections of society to return to a more normal life has been mooted throughout the pandemic, but has so far not been implemented. However, there are now signs that both industry and government sources are taking it seriously. Yesterday it was reported that the Department for Transport was separately looking into stamping the passports of tourists to show they had been vaccinated, as a way of boosting the ailing travel industry.” (link, paywalled)
Of course it’s not been implemented so far! The ‘authorities’ didn’t yet have the means – those vaccines. But they certainly have worked on it! And isn’t it funny, again, that ‘ailing industries’ are being boosted’, industries such as super chain stores or the aviation industry. Meanwhile, the odd article here and there is cropping up in the covid MSM, about that 2nd lockdown perhaps not having been necessary. This morning’s LockdownSceptics’ Newsletter has some summaries (link). There’s also a paper by Dr Mike Yeadon on the fallacy of using PCR testing (link).
However, while they and “we” are occupied with the tier system, mass vaccination is creeping up behind our backs. In a smarmy piece of writing, Sajid Javid is suddenly entering the debate – fully non-rebellious in his support of BJ. See this though:
“[…] preventing a third lockdown must be our first priority. That would be the worst-case scenario for businesses and a further blow to the freedoms of people across the country. Thanks to the development of vaccines, a way out of the pandemic is in sight, […]” (link, paywalled)
All hail the great vaccines! Never mind that we do not know how well these vaccines are going to work, never mind that ‘the elderly in care homes’, apparently ‘first in line’ after NHS frontline staff, aren’t actually given to traipsing around the globe, using air travel.
Mass vaccination is now the holy grail, but the indefatigable Sir John Redwood has a carefully worded passage on this issue, connecting it to the tiers system and the ‘government science’:
“The government advisers have always seemed to want a vaccine and to want as many of us as possible out of circulation until a vaccine arrives. They need to help the government and the rest of us to live with this virus whilst various vaccines are rolled out in ways which minimise deaths and serious cases whilst allowing as much normal life as possible.” (link)
What Sir John ought to ask for is information on how many of the institutes run by the SAGEs are receiving grants from Big Pharma, and if they might perhaps have vested interests in pushing mass vaccination on us hapless peasants. Mind you – even asking this is surely a vile instance of propagating ‘fake news’!
Wondering about the aim of this covid government, to force us into voluntarily accepting vaccination, surely must be reprehensible. I expect that “we” will next have to show our smartphones with our ‘covid record’ if we want to go to a pub or enter a shop. Having to leave our contact details in these instances has already been accepted by most of us. Will the latest slogan be: “get vaccinated to save your pubs?”
I leave you with the heartstring-tugging ‘news’ that poor Dilwyn must have had covid, catching it from BJ in April (link). He was very ill, we’re told. The report reassures us that our pets can’t pass covid to us. However – “we” can give it to them. So shouldn’t “we” get the vaccine because surely “we” don’t’ want to infect our dear, furry companions? I think the covid government would stoop even that low, to force us into complying with mass vaccination. Totally ‘voluntarily’, of course.
There’s one final funny thing: the silence about the ongoing Frost-Barnier talks. There’s nothing but speculation. What sort of concoction will they serve up? There are only 32 more days to the end of the transition period …

I’ve just read Dr Mike Yeadon’s treatise all the way through – god that man does go on ………..a bit.
I know damn all about what he is talking about, but he certainly convinces me that the testing procedure besides being unnecessary is faulty through cross contamination of samples carried out in non-NHS laboratories by staff who are unqualified, under instructed and clueless in carrying out the high quality testing techniques demanded by these particular samples of tests .
I understand, his and others findings have been “passed up the line” without any attempt at an answer being provided, nor a sign of any action being contemplated.
I/we cannot accept that this state of affairs should exist, never mind continue in fact I would consider authority’s continued silence amounts to criminal negligence.
Somebody must be sacked, somebody must be charged and policies must be reversed or abandoned.

In fact you have given an excellent reason for avoiding use personally, if you have the slightest doubt, particularly if you have reason to believe it’s purpose is to harvest and codify and store one’s personal details to be used by others or government as “personal control”
I have very carefully kept my details away from all this fiasco. No testing( i know if I’m sick) no app’s and no reply to any medical contact either by post of e-mail.

Any vaccine against Covid-19 doesn’t have to be much good anyway, because over ninety-eight percent of the people who show symptoms of infection survive, and the overwhelming majority who test positive for Covid-19 are asymptomatic, and so don’t even fall ill.
True – Plus total deaths are average and average age of death by Covid is 82 and by everything else is 81 – We know Lockdowns and Masks are pointless but the govt will stick to it so when the virus runs out, as they all do, they can claim victory – The purpose of the vaccine is to give artificial herd immunity but by the time it is distributed that will already have been achieved naturally if not already existing – The theory that the intention is to use enforced vaccination to create a new World Health Passport’s Trillion Dollar industry with many new vaccinations as promised by Bill Gates looks very real – Our authoritarian authorities love their new powers (particularly the Mask) and will not give them up and probably find new non Covid reasons to continue to stroke their ego and enhance their hierarchy.
